  • Sociogram: Survival Intuition and The Gift of Fear
  • The Self-awareness Spectrum: Becoming Fully Present to Risk
  • A day in the Life: A Journey of a day covering the work related settings of an outreach worker
  • METRAC Safety Audit Process: Options
    • Introduction and overview of the Audit Tool
    • Thorough explanation of the tool; staff will conduct an audit of a workplace environment and report back findings for recommendations/action (The METRAC Audit was developed by the Metropolitan Toronto Action Committee on Public Violence Against Women and Children)
  • Evaluation of the training and continuing the learning

The program is highly adaptive to the needs of the group. Each section can be addressed in a variety of methods, allowing for flexible time allocations.
