About: Employment Ontario is an employment program that offers support with recruitment, job retention, and assistance in maintaining long-term employment.
At CTI, we help job seekers plan their careers, search for employment, and develop skills using information gathered collaboratively with both clients and employers. We have historically specialized in supporting individuals with justice involvement and youth who require higher levels of multifaceted support.
Our services may include referrals to wrap-around supports, registration for group-based workshops, and access to additional coaching and mentorship. We use a holistic approach and provide comprehensive case management throughout the process.
CTI offers tailored employment preparation services, integrated case management, and personalized job search support. We also work closely with a range of service providers to ensure meaningful engagement with both clients and community stakeholders.
