Workshop Overview

In this program participants will review and discuss the concepts of resiliency and self-care. They will also practice natural wellness solutions that promote and enhance motivation, work-life balance, and professional performance. Upon completion of this workshop, participants will be able to recognize and better manage the impacts of stress by utilizing self-care exercises and techniques to strengthen resilience.
